STEVE CAMPIONE PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR AT DANIELS & ASSOCIATES

Steve Campione has been promoted to director at Daniels & Associates, it was announced this week.

Mr. Campione joined Daniels in 2000. Since then, he has facilitated a number of transactions for a broad range of cable, telecom and media companies worldwide. To date, Mr. Campione has focused mainly on small to medium sized cable system operators and cable programming entities, providing strategic advisory and buy and sell side advice. More recently, he has begun to provide services to the advanced mobile streaming video market, as well as business services companies serving the media and telecom industries. Mr. Campione also provides coverage of both equity and debt sponsors for the firm and has provided advice on capital raises ranging from $6 million to $750 million.

Prior to joining Daniels, Campione was assistant vice president of New Business Credit at Sumitomo Bank Capital Markets where he focused on evaluating risks associated with all new structured debt transactions, as well as monitoring client credit risk for the Derivatives Group. Campione also spent two years at a large regional law firm specializing in litigation involving private equity partners and funds.

Mr. Campione earned an MBA in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.
