GRANT GIERINGER PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR AT DANIELS & ASSOCIATES
Grant Gieringer has been promoted to director at Daniels & Associates, it was announced this week.
Mr. Gieringer provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial and strategic advisory services to clients in the telecommunications and technology industries worldwide. Over the past several years, he has facilitated a number of transactions for a broad range of telecommunications and technology companies.
Prior to joining Daniels in 2000, Gieringer was an assistant vice president in the investment banking division at Banc One Capital Markets in Chicago where he executed capital-raising and strategic advisory engagements for a variety of companies within the telecommunications, Internet, cable and media sectors. Previously, he was an associate with First Chicago Equity Capital, where his responsibilities included the structuring and execution of private equity investments and financings. Mr. Gieringer also has experience with Chase Manhattan Bank and Sumitomo Bank.
Gieringer is a graduate of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University and studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science in England.
