PATRICK LENTZ PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR AT DANIELS & ASSOCIATES

Patrick Lentz has been promoted to director at Daniels & Associates, it was announced today.

Mr. Lentz provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and financial advisory services to clients in the cable, telecommunications and technology industries. Over the past several years, he has facilitated a number of transactions for a broad range of cable, telecom and technology companies.

Prior to joining Daniels in 2000, Mr. Lentz was a manager in the Strategic Finance and Economics practice at Arthur Andersen, where he assisted clients involved in multi-million dollar lawsuits. In this capacity, Mr. Lentz performed complex valuation analyses, drafted expert reports, assisted in settlement negotiations and prepared expert testimony for deposition and trial settings.

Mr. Lentz received an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
