LITE WAVE SELLS PCS LICENSES

Lite Wave Communications, LLC has sold certain PCS licenses in two separate transactions, it was announced today.

Dobson Cellular Systems, Inc. acquired the F Block PCS licenses for the Muskegon, Mich. and Mt. Pleasant, Mich. BTAs from Lite Wave.  The licenses cover 372,500 POPs.

In a separate transaction, Union Telephone Company acquired the F Block PCS license for the Grand Junction, Colo. BTA from Lite Wave.  The license covers 262,000 POPs.
