DANIELS & ASSOCIATES CLOSES THREE TEXAS CABLE TRANSACTIONS

Daniels & Associates recently announced the closing of three separate cable television transactions in Texas.

Northland Cable Properties Seven, LP and related Northland companies have sold their Brenham, Navasota and Prairie View, Texas systems to Cebridge Connections. The systems serve approximately 4,900 basic subscribers. 

Northland Cable Properties Seven has also sold its Bay City, Texas system, which serves approximately 4,200 basic subscribers, to Bay City Cablevision, LP.  Daniels represented Northland in both transactions.           

In a separate transaction, Texas Mid-Gulf Cablevision, LP has acquired the Wharton, West Columbia, Sweeny, Manvel and Palacios, Texas systems from Charter Communications VI, LLC.  The systems serve approximately 3,600 subscribers.  Daniels represented Texas Mid-Gulf Cablevision, LP in the transaction.
