In the transaction, Verizon Wireless acquired a 15 MHz C Block PCS license for the Toledo, Ohio BTA and a 10 MHz C Block PCS license for the Lima, Ohio BTA from Highland Cellular. The licenses cover 1,038,000 POPs.

HIGHLAND CELLULAR SELLS CERTAIN PCS LICENSES TO VERIZON
Highland Cellular Holdings, Inc. has sold certain PCS licenses to Verizon Wireless, it was announced today.In the transaction, Verizon Wireless acquired a 15 MHz C Block PCS license for the Toledo, Ohio BTA and a 10 MHz C Block PCS license for the Lima, Ohio BTA from Highland Cellular.
