COMMUNICOM SECURES ACQUISITION CAPITAL
CCA, Inc. dba Communicom announced today that it has secured $8 million in senior debt financing from MCG Capital Corporation.
The company is using the capital to finance the acquisition of two AM radio stations in Phoenix, AZ market.
Daniels & Associates , L.P. represented Communicom in the transaction.
Communicom is an owner of AM radio stations which sell broadcast air time to Christian ministries. In addition to its acquisitions in Phoenix, Communicom owns one station in the New Orleans, LA market.
