Completel Europe, N.V. Sells to Altice B2B France

Altice B2B France has completed its acquisition of Completel.   The purchase price was approximately US$1.1 billion.

Completel Europe, N.V. ( www.completel.com ) is a national infrastructure-based network operator in France offering telecom services to the business market and to operators and ISPs.   Completel has a large metro fiber access network in France and deployed its own DSL network in 2006. Completel is a public company listed in the foreign securities section of the Eurolist of Euronext Paris under the symbol CPT.

Altice B2B France is owned by Altice and Cinven Ltd., owners of the largest cable and broadband operator in France , under the name Numericable.

RBC Daniels, L.P. initiated the transaction and acted as financial advisor to Completel shareholders.
