LITE WAVE SELLS FARMINGTON, NM PCS LICENSE

Lite Wave Communications, L.L.C. has sold a wireless license asset to Smith Bagley, Inc., it was announced today.

The divested license was a 10 MHz F Block PCS license for the Farmington, New Mexico market (BTA 139). The license covers approximately 228,300 POPs.

RBC Daniels acted as exclusive financial advisor to Lite Wave in the transaction.
