TRIAD HOLDINGS SELLS PCS LICENSES TO CHICKASAW WIRELESS

            Triad Holdings I, LLC has sold certain PCS assets to Chickasaw Wireless, Inc., it was announced today.

In the transaction, Triad sold its E Block PCS license for the Redding, CA BTA and its D Block PCS license for the Eureka, CA BTA. The licenses cover a total of approximately 450,000 POPs.
