CHARTER DIVESTS SEVERAL MINNESOTA CABLE SYSTEMS

RBC Daniels announced today that they acted as exclusive financial advisor to Charter Communications in the divestiture of certain cable systems to Midcontinent Communications.

The systems include approximately 14,200 basic video customers in Fairmont, Bemidji, International Falls, Ely, Glencoe, Canby, Balaton and other communities in Minnesota.
