Don Bechter

Don Bechter provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and advisory services to a variety of telecommunications industry clients. He has worked with a broad range of companies including wireless, wireline and telecommunications infrastructure businesses.

Since joining RBC Daniels, he has completed more than 100 merger & acquisition transactions and corporate financings for U.S. and international clients, with transaction values ranging from under $10 million to over $200 million.

Mr. Bechter joined RBC Daniels in 1992 after seven years of corporate finance and commercial banking experience. Previously, he was a vice president of Duff & Phelps LLC where he provided corporate valuation consulting and financial advisory services to public and private concerns among a variety of industries. Prior to that, he was involved in lending and operations management at FirstBank Holding Co. of Colorado.

Mr. Bechter earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and a master's degree in finance and marketing from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991.
