Kevin Brynestad provides mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance services within the telecommunications industry, concentrating on the wireless, wireline, data and infrastructure businesses.

During his tenure, he has represented over 50 clients throughout the United States including several leading communications companies within the PCS, tower, satellite, data services and paging sectors.

He joined RBC Daniels in 1990 after eight years of finance and accounting experience with Fortune 500 companies within a diverse group of industry segments. He received a bachelor's degree in finance from Colorado State University.
