Grant Gieringer

Grant Gieringer provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial advisory services to clients in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Mr. Gieringer brings to RBC Daniels extensive transaction experience within the communications sector. He was formerly an assistant vice president in the investment banking division at Banc One Capital Markets in Chicago. In this capacity, he executed capital-raising and strategic advisory engagements for a variety of companies within the telecommunications, Internet, cable, and media sectors.

Previously, he was an associate with First Chicago Equity Capital. His primary responsibilities included complex financial valuations, company and industry analyses, and the structuring and execution of private equity investments and financings. He also worked in New York at The Chase Manhattan Bank and at Sumitomo Bank, where he provided corporate finance and financial advisory services in a variety of industries and on cross-border transactions.

Mr. Gieringer is a graduate of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University and studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science in England.
