Patrick Lentz provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and financial advisory services to clients within the cable, telecommunications and technology industries. His responsibilities include strategic, analytic and transactional support for M&A and corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Lentz has been providing financial advice to clients for over ten years. Prior to joining RBC Daniels, Mr. Lentz was a manager in the Strategic Finance and Economics practice at Arthur Andersen, where he assisted clients involved in multi-million dollar lawsuits. In this capacity, Mr. Lentz performed complex valuation analyses, drafted expert reports, assisted in settlement negotiations and prepared expert testimony for deposition and trial settings.

Mr. Lentz earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
