Dave Rhodes is a senior member of RBC Daniels' Telecommunications Group, where he provides mergers & acquisitions, capital formation and financial advisory services to domestic and international telecommunications companies ranging from major operators to individual entrepreneurs. Mr. Rhodes has particularly significant experience and expertise in the fixed and mobile wireless, incumbent and competitive wireline and broadband communications industries.

During his tenure, he has been one of the most innovative and successful investment bankers in the telecommunications industry, having completed more than 215 transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $12 billion. Over this time, he has developed extensive senior executive level relationships with a broad range of leading telecommunications owners, operators, investors, lenders and vendors.

In addition, he has received numerous RBC Daniels awards for most generated revenue, most completed transactions and teamwork, and has consistently been one of RBC Daniels' leading dealmakers.

Mr. Rhodes joined RBC Daniels in 1989 with over eight years of financial and general management experience in the cable television and telecommunications industries. He is a former CPA and a graduate of the University of Denver.
