Rachel Stack, a member of the Telecommunications Group, provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial advisory services to clients within the telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining RBC Daniels, Ms. Stack was an equity research associate at A.G. Edwards covering the specialty finance industry. In this capacity, she made investment recommendations based on fundamental analysis and stock valuation. Ms. Stack also wrote comprehensive industry and company specific reports.She covered companies including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, American Express, MBNA and Capital One Financial.

Previously, she worked at Merrill Lynch and BlackRock Financial Management where she analyzed the risk of various classes of fixed income securities for traders and portfolio managers.

Ms. Stack holds an MBA from Columbia Business School She earned her bachelor's degree in Economics at Columbia University and is a Level II Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
